Just wanted to drop you a line with the invoice payment to just say a HUGE thank you for all you have done to finally get my planning application through.

As you know when I contacted you I had already had my planning application knocked back twice despite me using a planning consultant to get things through. This was all at a great deal of expense, stress and upset to me. I was in battle with the Environment Agency and Natural England along with the Council for over a year.. I never do anything by half!

Engaging you, however, was the best thing I could have done. It really is a case of horses for courses when getting equestrian planning and you knew exactly how to proceed to get the outcome we were looking for. You were always understanding of my needs and did everything you could to ensure the process was less stressful for me.

a planning application before, we were looking for sound advice and guidance from a professional in
the field. From the outset, Andy provided us with an excellent service, which not only included advice

My sister and I thought buying the land woud be the biggest hurdle but we couldn't have been more wrong! We found out very quickly we knew nothing about bulding a stable yard from nothing but thanks to Andy who put together the plans,acted as agent with the planning department, liased with the environmentalist and also recommended the company for the ground work our horses have now settled into their new home in time for the winter. They would not be there now without all Andy's knowledge and help.

Would like to recommend Andy from Equestrian Design. We had moved our menage and had to apply for retrospective planning in the New Forest National Park, who are quite picky about the projects they approve. I made an application myself which was rejected so I then got in contact with Andy who took the job on with no problems. He re applied using all the proper planning talk, he was in contact with the planning authority throughout and saw the application through until it was approved. It was an excellent service and I have already recommended him to some body else who has a retrospective planning issue

Project : New Stables

Andy,

You will be pleased to know that John started the groundwork for the stables yesterday which when you consider we were planning for work to start mid October is actually ahead of schedule despite the best efforts of planning departments to slow things down!

I can't tell you how pleased I am that we have got to this stage on schedule. As you know we moved to a new property and needed the stables built by the winter so having the plans approved with minimal delay was imperative. your preparation of the plans were impressive, with the field layout now and what it would be like after work was completed. This meant that my neighbors could see the plans and could see the plans and give their views before being submitted. With your design statement and supporting information letter accompanying the application, meant that almost all possible questions from the planning department had already been answered in the initial application.

Despite this preparation the planning department still made mistakes potentially delaying the project significantly and I still can't believe you got them to ensure that, despite this, plans were approved ahead of schedule. I believe that I could not have made them do this on my own but as a professional in this field you had the presence and knowledge to argue the case successfully.
