What can we say. We knew this wouldn't be easy and we weren't wrong!!! After 20 years of grief from the Council over this land my Dad offered it to us for our horses. We knew then that we would not be able to gain planning permission for stables on our own. Having looked into many companies, your's caught my eye and we spoke about you acting as agent for us. It was a long drawn out process and you were very patient and persistant with the Council throughout. They were, to put it politely, very slow and unhelpful with this application but you never gave up. Without a doubt, if it had not been for your expertise and knowledge of all planning laws we would not have gained the permission.
